2024 NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL COACHES ASSOCIATION TRADE SHOW

Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort Hotel, Ft. Myers, Florida, December  5-7,  2024

This contract for exhibit space at the 2024 NHSBCA Trade Show indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all accompanying exhibit guidelines and general regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations as the management deems necessary to the success of the trade show, provided they do not materially alter the exhibitor’s contractual rights. Currently, we can NOT accept any vendors that are associated with fundraising in which the vendor has a non-compete clause.

VENDOR INFORMATION

PRICE AND SPACE DIMENSIONS:

Booth: 6’ x 10’ $ 475

Plaza: 6’ x 20’ $ 800 (Two booths side by side)

The booth includes one table, two chairs, and one wastebasket. Electrical outlet: $125 extra—Extra Table: $30 (note: if any exhibitor overloads an outlet or circuit (120V) and causes damage, the exhibitor will be held responsible for the damage and will pay the hotel directly for the cost to repair).

Exhibit Hall -- Set-up Day & Time: Thursday, December 5 (12:00-4:00 PM)

As for load-in, the convention rooms for vendors will be available for set up at noon on Thursday, December 05, 2024, and breakdown (according to your space) will occur Saturday evening into Sunday afternoon. Sunday, we do not have any events.

We do ask that if vendors send anything to the hotel, please use this format to assist us in getting it to the right person/location:
