CAMP TOWANDA is a coed residential summer camp in Honesdale PA, 3 hours from NYC and Philadelphia. Seeking interested applicants to teach and supervise from June 14-August 13, 2010. A great opportunity for developing professionals to get experience. Expertise as a player and/or coach. Experience teaching children on the school or sandlot level. We go out to play as well as host tournaments. The position requires a command of all aspects of the game and the ability to teach beginners up thru advanced players. Involvement as a coach and umpire for the numerous traveling tournaments. Department Head will develop curriculum in conjunction with instructors. Supervise the staff. Keep track of lesson plans. Looking for Coaches for Clinic - Cambodia (Southeast part of Asia)
Looking for coaches from high school level up to professional level. They would like to have a baseball clinic in Cambodia sometime next year in 2010, time frame around February to March, July to December (whichever is best time for USA coaches). They will have 30-40 players, ages 12 years old to 30 years old. There will be 6 to 12 Cambodian coaches in the clinic. Participants will all come from all over Cambodia to learn baseball from USA coaches. The Cambodian coaches will then go back to their provinces to teach want they have learned. The NorthCoast Knights Baseball Club is looking to fill the position of Field Manager/Head Coach and Assistant Coach for the 2009 summer season. The Knights are looking for: Someone who can serve as a "role model" for pro prospect college baseball players. Their field manager will be responsible first and foremost for the wellbeing of our players as well as helping them along their path through college and into the professional ranks. Aside from the field manager's responsibilities with his players, he will serve as a figure head for our team in the community and could be required to participate in various PR events.
